This blog was created specifically for you. Please feel at home to post/add music, pictures, successes, failures, goals, hobbies and by all means encouragement! Getting in shape is one of the most difficult things to do because it spurns first from the inside and the desire to want to, need to and determination to do. We are all on separate journeys. Some of you are in a place that you are not happy with, others are at a place that they could do better and yet still others just want to maintain who they are. If you are unhappy, there is only one thing that you can do. Simply change it. Reach down and grab the person you see yourself becoming and in reality, the person that you already are. I challenge each and everyone of you to be encouraged and see that you can do anything that you believe in and set your heart and mind to. I'll see you at the finish line!
